It’s been nearly ten years since Tomy Gousset reinvented the “friends’ bistro” in his own modern and inventive way, with a cuisine that is both rooted in tradition and inspired by the world. Even today, he continues to offer his guests a unique experience in this elegant setting, with a set menu priced at €80—which can be upgraded to €110 for a six-course meal—and enhanced by a few generous dishes to share, such as sole meunière or veal chop. A wide selection of high-quality ingredients prepared with care, including langoustines in a tartare with cucumber and Granny Smith apples, chicken thigh with buckwheat, morels, and wild garlic served with mashed cauliflower and a suprême sauce, and rhubarb compote with ice cream… A well-curated wine cellar featuring reliable classics (Yves Leccia, Stéphane Robert…).
