Chef's Restaurant The chic bistro format is well suited to this venue, which is well frequented by the press and politicians. The terrace on the sidewalk is protected and the tables are covered with tablecloths, while the zinc and Thonet chairs follow the codes. The à la carte menu is classic, well-made and worthy of its two toques: sea bream carpaccio with camelina oil and pomegranate, pâté en croûte with foie gras and pistachio, sole meunière, fried Racan chicken with tarragon jus. The profiteroles are impeccable, as is the service, and you can barely see the cent bill go by.
