Christophe and Sandra Chabredier return to this proud, tradition-minded establishment for an old-fashioned experience, with an attractive table setting and classics reproduced with the utmost care. The menu features a range of standard dishes, either as part of a bistro menu, or with a choice of more substantial fare, depending on the importance of the occasion: jar of crab stuffing and avocado mousse, salmon escalope with beurre blanc, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, guinea fowl supreme with porcini cream and tagliatelle gratin, zucchini spaghetti, chocolate moelleux and white chocolate heart coulant. Friendly service.
