From €29 to €49, you'll find well-executed plates, such as taglionis with squid ink in a langoustine ragout and minute-grilled langoustine, fillet of cod with saffron, eryngii mushrooms and leafy carrots, fillet of beef and oyster mushrooms with white truffle cream.
