Gault&Millau's review 2025

A courtyard shaded by century-old plane trees, a typical Provencal sheepfold and its outbuildings... It was in a farmhouse dating from the 1900s that designer Annie Zeau chose to fit out this luxurious palace, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, which today boasts 30 rooms and suites with stone walls and natural materials (ancient woods, woven rushes...). Guests come here for the cuisine of Antwerp chef Lieven Van Aken, the top-flight treatments offered in the spa housed in the estate's former hangar, and the 18-hole golf course, one of the most popular in the region. Last but not least, 9 ultra-chic hotel houses with fully-equipped kitchens and private swimming pools complement the hotel's own.
