This bourgeois restaurant, which hosts the region's ceremonial events, is a unanimous favorite. A professional welcome and well-organized service, no matter how busy it gets, well-choreographed menus and plates, every moment is in keeping with the promise, and whether you're enjoying a festive meal or a quick lunch on the terrace, you'll appreciate the benefits of this typical bastide. A good "terroir" menu at €53, more "cuisine travaillée" than "terroir", but well executed: zucchini flowers garnished with a bass mousseline and shellfish coulis, piccatas of foie gras on rosemary focaccia, pan-fried chanterelle mushroom jus, thyme-grilled lamb with eggplant ballottine and lamb confit, apricot mille-feuille and pistachio ice cream... Well-stocked cellar with nearby winemakers.
