Chef's Restaurant A quarter of an hour from Valence, in a quiet village, this discreet house has been delighting the canton for years. The architecture, setting and cuisine are contemporary, and the chef, Olivier Samin, knows the music and creates coherent, well-balanced sequences. A good choice with the three-course formula at €73, which allows you to taste the charm and elegance of the overall experience; with the work on chestnut and foie gras, reinette and celery, the beef confit in horseradish pot-au-feu bonbon and maniguette juice, the declination on williams pear and peanut. Six-course menu at €135, very good standing, strong cellar over the whole valley, with good choices for friendly winemakers.
