On the heights of Valence, Franck and Delphine have opted for a warm atmosphere and elegantly presented seasonal dishes. In autumn, enjoy the chestnut velouté with mushroom ravioli, or the more classic salmon pavé with langoustine coulis. Cooking the fish at 48° for exactly 30 minutes produces a texture of rare delicacy. The service staff are extremely attentive, and wine lovers can choose from a fine local selection or indulge themselves with an eclectic wine-by-the-glass list.
