A great family hotel away from the city, children can enjoy the large swimming pool, while adults can have their fill at the table, where the chef practices his bistronomic approach to the market. The dishes on offer are interesting, with contemporary ideas such as vegetable macédoine with black garlic mayonnaise, shrimp tartare and smoked haddock, julienne backstrap a la plancha, combawa crust and Niçoise ratatouille, low-temperature pork chop, mustard seed gravy and delicate apples, or strawberry baba with Madagascar vanilla chantilly. Excellent cellar with over 350 references.
