"Hommage à André Pic," the roadside bistro nestled within the grand Pic estate, catches the eye of motorists on the old National Route 7. Of course, they are first and foremost drawn to this legendary four-toque restaurant and the reputation of Anne-Sophie Pic, the savvy hostess who entrusts a skilled team with the task of serving the meals. The “André” menu, priced at €49, offers a simple choice of rather elaborate dishes: green beans with sage vinaigrette and toasted almonds; lamb confit with caraway, Swiss chard ravioli, and Nyons olives; a Bourdaloue tartlet flavored with Earl Grey tea and Williams pear sorbet. The Rhône wine cellar features many delightful small-bottle selections.
