Chef Masashi Ijichi is at the helm, serving a cuisine that is obviously hidden, constantly evolving with the seasons, and revealing ideas that are as well executed as ever. The chef's creations start at €65 for the lunch menu, rising to €140 for the seven-course menu. Well-stocked cellar.
