Chef's Restaurant It's the principle of La Cachette: everything is hidden. One day, you have a great time, the next, you're a little disappointed by the surprise. Less enthusiasm, therefore, for the sequence proposed by Masashi Ijichi, even if, of course, the technical mastery is there. In the meantime, we were delighted with the sea trout, spinach and hazelnut butter sabayon, a little bored with the monkfish, piquillos, zucchinis and tomatoes, awakened by the duck (beautifully cooked duck breast) with orange, carrot, broccoli and combawa, and moderately amused by the white chocolate-rhubarb-basil combination (for those used to late-spring dining, rhubarb everywhere is a bit of a bore). Nice wine list, professional service and good rhythm.
