Original Restaurant Constant efforts to produce a varied cuisine in this rather simple setting embellished with show chairs. Prestige products (truffles all over the place lately) pull at your heartstrings, but once you've escaped them, you're sure to appreciate a certain diligence: burrata and creamy butternut, chicken ballottine with crayfish, creamy bisque with chorizo, French toast-style brioche with salted butter caramel on a €42.50 menu.
