The brand name takes on its full meaning in this creative yet intimate restaurant. The service is professional and unobtrusive, offering a suspended moment in a setting halfway between baroque and modern. The menu is quite inviting, and features truffles from starter to dessert. The €45 menu (excluding drinks) offers almost the entire menu (except for a few extras): rock fish soup, rouille and toasted farmhouse bread; leeks with vinaigrette, old-fashioned mustard, candied egg yolk and truffle; roasted cod back in peanut breadcrumbs, satay spice sauce; rice pudding, truffle caramel and puffed rice... The wine list focuses on local produce.
