A bachique institution launched a quarter of a century ago, it was for a long time the palace of discovery for the entire vineyard. Today, it's still a pleasant place, even if it's very nature-centric, with new ideas for a wide range of beverages. Simple accompaniments include brandade with horse mackerel, poultry with yellow wine, fiadone... and of course a choice by the glass. Choice by the glass, of course, but also in the bibs.
