Original Restaurant In this lively district, the bistro is a good refuge for rugby fans and lovers of southwestern cuisine alike. We're more in Toulouse than on the Riviera here, and we won't complain about a little gizzard salad, duck confit, duck breast with blackberry sauce, cassoulet of duck manchons and Toulouse sausage, or coq au vin.
