Gault&Millau's review 2026

Today's classics, with good ideas but no adventurism. That's what regulars are looking for at this well-placed address in the city's commercial heart, where the menu evolves quite wisely with traditional landmarks revisited in today's sauce: Grenoble skate wing, game pie with foie gras, king prawn rolls and sea bream tartar with mango, hare à la royale and gnocchi à la niçoise... The current menu at €45 makes for a good experience, while the lunch menu is €26 (€29 in the evening).
