In the city's shopping district, this brand claims to be sensual, offering a cuisine that's ultimately quite wise, but also elaborate and well mastered, justifying a strong hat: quail supreme with foie gras, blood salad and confit leg, saffron-marinated cod back and chorizo tart, cookie and peanut cream with vanilla mousse in a fair-trade formula at €45. Small classic cellar.
