Gourmet Restaurant A table where friends gather, for its consistency and conviviality. Located right next to the park, Franck and Mai's bistro combines simplicity and savoir-faire, for comforting, well-crafted dishes. On the menu, Christian Parra's boudin snacké, piquillo ketchup, a pan-fried chanterelle mushroom, egg and Colonnata bacon, a fricassee of sweetbreads, mushrooms, parsley, potatoes and lobster jus, stuffed poultry, morel mushroom sauce, foie gras shavings and risotto. Well-stocked cellar (Denogent, Chèze, Saint-Cyr...).
