Gault&Millau's review 2026

A fine bistro above Les Brotteaux, where the €32 menu offers excellent value for money for those wishing to discover Lyon's traditions. The menu is concise and well-established, with slightly revisited recipes: langoustine bisque with pink lentils, calf's trotters with celery remoulade and walnut oil, salmon pavé on the skin with green cabbage embeurrée, grilled bacon and red wine sauce, poularde roulade with mushrooms, cardoon gratin with marrow and cream sauce, hare stew with chestnuts and butternut squash purée, and apple confit with redcurrant jelly and vanilla ice cream.
