In this corner of the sixth arrondissement, young Chenfan Liu brings to life an elegant take on Sichuan cuisine, where peppers mingle with Lyonnais products. The dishes are no less authentic, served in the region's typical casseroles, in a variety of versions, with ravioli, tomato and shrimp, braised beef, chicken or pork, with varying degrees of spiciness. Very friendly service.
