Gault&Millau's review 2026

Here's a serious contender in the mid-range, the most numerous in the city. This contemporary restaurant, with its fine cuisine that blends influences, is serious and sincere for around 50 euros à la carte: a sashimi of lean meat with leek and almond vinaigrette, strawberry and verbena condiment, beef cheek confit with Blayais asparagus and a melting chocolate tartlet with caramelized peanuts and Madagascar vanilla ice cream has confirmed the toques, especially as the service is of the same high standard and the cellar, while not enormous, gives you what you need at the right price.
