Gourmet Restaurant Return of the peach polenta with curry, marinated and roasted vegetables, salsa verde and sauce vierge, pressed Médoc poultry, creamy peas, polenta with spices: the ambition of this terrace with its surprising look is clear, to revisit tried-and-tested classics to satisfy a modern, well-informed clientele that appreciates novelty and a certain dose of originality. It's done, with Jean Nouvel's red cladding, the terrace with its small red glass pebbles, and it's quite successful on the plate. The wine list is well structured around local producers, and the service is active.
