The exceptional setting undeniably enhances the experience, but the cuisine also plays an active role in the pleasures of the house, and in customer loyalty. In the midst of Saint-Émilion's most prestigious estates, this magnificent late 19th-century château is now home to a 5* hotel, for a unique experience in the Bordeaux region. The restaurant is housed in a room with astonishing orientalist architecture, stained glass windows and carved woodwork, where you'll discover a well-executed plate: frosted feta, green soup and kintoa pig, snacked lean, fennel confit with sunflower honey, herbaceous siphon, duck breast with vine flavors, beet cooked in salt, cherry and almond condiment, a revisited strawberry dish.
