Gourmet Restaurant In this touristy village, it's often tempting to take the easy way out, but not for the team at La Source, who for a year now have been striving to offer smart, successful neo-bistro cuisine. Louis Vatelier, who worked with Éric Buisset and Guillaume Monjuré, and Samuel Noël, are among the newcomers, serving up a contemporary, smart cuisine that mixes codes to revisit the Normandy region. The menu is evolving in the right direction, with green beans and samphire in olive oil, ajo blanco, almonds, raisins and tarragon, crispy Korean-style chicken, peanuts and chives, grilled octopus, corn espuma, piquillo condiment and sucrine snackée with XO sauce, Normandy beef tartare cut with a knife, basil, parmesan and truffle oil, pommes paille, Jumièges raspberries with ribot milk in two ways, rose marshmallows, sweet sablé. Good service by Marie and Jules.
