Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located just a stone’s throw from the Bois des Moutiers gardens—famous for their collections of azaleas and rhododendrons—this beautiful hotel is the perfect place to savor the more hidden charms of this part of Normandy, near Dieppe. Owned by the same family for five generations, the hotel features 21 bright and comfortable rooms (some accommodating 3 or 4 people), most of which offer stunning views of the sea. With a strong focus on local ingredients and Norman recipes (including the famous “marmite dieppoise”!), the restaurant also opens onto the sea and extends onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the path that leads to the beaches framed by the tall alabaster cliffs that inspired Claude Monet and Georges Braque.
