Just five minutes from the beautiful beach at Sainte-Marguerite, a sturdy, down-to-earth restaurant right off the road. The tables are neatly set with tablecloths, and the same attention to detail carries over to the kitchen with modern takes on regional recipes: house-made foie gras, marinated monkfish liver, rabbit terrine, grilled andouillette with mustard sauce, Dieppe-style fish fricassee, Normandy-style guinea fowl supreme… Good multi-course set menus, priced at €28.50 and €38.50.
