Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located near Étretat and set within an 11-hectare park, this 18th-century mansion was once the summer residence of Empress Elisabeth of Austria. Listed as a historic monument, it has retained its former splendor and features 26 rooms and 2 suites with jacuzzis, decorated with floral fabrics, antique furniture, and polished hardwood floors. With a strong focus on wellness, the property features a spa with a hammam, sauna, and massage rooms, and offers a variety of comprehensive wellness weekend packages.
