Élodie and Laurent Kleczewski have found a haven perfectly suited to their expertise and aspirations in this large, contemporary house nestled in the heart of Varengeville’s charming, lush, seaside setting—a place far more sophisticated than Offranville. Here, the chef expresses himself freely, works his magic with top-quality ingredients, and offers a wonderful variety across his set menus and à la carte selections: octopus salad with crushed tomatoes and orange flavored with star anise, duck breast with raspberry sauce and BBQ seasoning, cheeses from Olivier’s and a strawberry pavlova with geranium cream—all part of a lovely €77 set menu that’s well-received and beautifully presented. When in season, the lobster menu enjoys well-deserved popularity.
