Sponsored Opened in summer 2024, Burgerie BZH has won the hearts of burger aficionados. All generations succumb to this upscale burger that celebrates the Breton terroir. Kevin Boisramé, who has worked in a number of burger restaurants, wanted to create a burger that reflected his own image and taste. The menu features five burgers and a sixth on the slate, which changes according to the season's vegetables: beef and cheese (from small local producers, such as Pondi de vache rubbed with cider brandy, Bec-Fin fresh goat's cheese from Fromagerie d'Arvor in Lorient or Tomme des Marettes), chicken and vegetarian versions. It's a real treat, and above all, you'll rediscover the taste of potatoes, peeled and blanched every morning, from the Forêt Fouesnant. The desserts are also unanimously appreciated. In short, homemade is not just a concept at Burgerie BZH, it's an everyday reality. Eventually, Kevin Boisramé will expand into a real restaurant, still in the same town. This will give him the opportunity to expand his menu with salads and beers from Breton micro-breweries.
