Chef's Restaurant The façade is very discreet, with a small wooden staircase and a half-open door, but all the better to surprise us with an atypical table, led by Mathieu Menguy and Vanessa Le Gall. This charming place, with its color and well-distributed light, makes us feel at ease as we discover a cuisine that says much more than it seems to, with compositions that are refined and inventive. The market menu is a solid proposition for its €30, with white asparagus on the grill, voile de cochonnailles, garden herbs and flowers, lovage reduction, fish from a small boat cooked gently in a beurre d'herbes marines, carrots, ricotta and Roscoff onion jus with cider, or pan-fried yellow chicken supreme with citrus zest and thyme-lemon, roasted green asparagus, ginger-cardamom mousse sauce. Menu "Nous" at €49.
