Chef's Restaurant They've come out of their shell to bring a breath of youth and freshness to Quimper: Thibault and Marion have the spirit of travelers (they met in Australia) but also show their attachment to their region through a meticulous search for good produce and good producers. In their discreet, elegant home on a quiet, central street, they offer a subtle, modern choice through two menus, one for lunch, one for dinner, well structured by the young chef: spider crab with apple radish fennel escabeche sauce, a starter full of freshness, pearly monkfish with sweet potato leek fondue, pak choï with green curry coconut sauce before the elegant encounter of pineapple and celery. Well-matched cellar (organic, biodynamic), local beer and cider.
