Gourmet Restaurant A sure bet on the Rue de Bourgogne, Céline's market-driven dishes evolve with the seasons and showcase the produce to best advantage. Céline proves her undeniable savoir-faire, with convincing "terroir" dishes: a fine starter based around mushrooms, with velouté de pieds de mouton, espuma au pain grillé, crème de cèpes and autumn vegetables; low-temperature-cooked monkfish, lemon risotto, pak choï and beurre blanc au miso; magret de canard rosé, croustillante de cuisse de canard confite au kumquat, fenouil et carottes à l'orange; finally, a dôme de mousse chocolat framboise. Pleasant service.
