In the heart of the Sologne region, this address invites you to make a gourmet pilgrimage. It was here, at the end of the 19th century, that the Tatin sisters, who owned the establishment at the time, invented their famous tart. Extensively restored, the house now offers 17 beautiful rooms decorated with stone, blond wood and a collection of photographs by Sologne's finest wildlife photographers. There's also a spa with hammam, sauna and relaxation area. And, of course, there's the opportunity to sample the famous patisserie at the restaurant, prepared with locally grown produce, additive-free and miraculously intact in flavor.
