Chéper, de Perché, du Perchoir, the group that took over the premises to set up a hype address in keeping with the incredible setting of the Mont-de-Piété dome. Cocktails and glasses of wine are followed by a feverish Latino's panoply of dishes, including plancha-grilled piments del padron, chimichurri-grilled octopus, beef curry and coriander albondigas (dumplings)... The club takes over from the restaurant after 11 pm. Sunday brunch €34.
