Gault&Millau's review 2027

Rather interesting, this Mediterranean bistronomy that picks Middle Eastern dishes to fill the menu, in a pretty setting on the famous Rue de Bourgogne. Ideas follow one another, from updated Levantine cuisine, with vine leaves, babaganoush, bulgur beef with cumin and walnut bell pepper caviar, chicken with Damascus spices and root vegetable purée. Pleasant desserts - such as cream of rice, toasted pistachios and orange blossom - and very attentive service.
