Gourmet Restaurant We can't get enough of this Syrian restaurant on Rue de Bourgogne, which has developed a bistronomic idea of Levantine cuisine, and knows how to receive guests with the utmost hospitality. Nabil and Sousana's table revisits the classics with invention: vine leaf and mint, chickpea purée, shrimps and chillies, sixteen-hour beef and green wheat, lamb with cherry and cinnamon, the famous naranjettes or cream of rice, grilled pistachios and orange blossom.
