Gault&Millau's review 2027

In just two years, Marie Gricourt has seen her Gric evolve while preserving its foundations. In the heart of the city, close to the Halles-Châtelet shopping center, this welcoming venue brings together all generations, filling up for lunch and dinner in an excellent atmosphere. Both in service and in the kitchen, the brigade has grown from four to eight well-motivated, precise and supportive young people. The result is delicious dishes, excellent value for money, and the impression of having the right moment in the right place. With the essential mayonnaise egg, and not just because it's "world champion", celery remoulade and local vinegar (Martin Pouret), bouchot mussels, emulsified juice, curry, samphire, scallops in XO sauce, creamy bard juice, peanut, goji, beet, cabbage stuffed with wild boar, trumpet and yuzu. The constant is the precision of the preparation, the right condiment in the right proportions, the search for good local produce, and the taste, quite simply, right through to the very good dessert, pomme gelée vin rouge sorbet cassis. The lunch menu is around €28, the à la carte menu is around €50, and the wine cellar is more nature-oriented, with many regional suggestions.
