Chef's Restaurant It's a confirmed comeback for this "109" couple, Marine Abeil and Gauthier Venter, who give us a sincere and powerful whole, reminding us that we cook first and foremost for our customers, to create an experience of conviviality and sharing. It all starts in the open-plan kitchen, where nothing is hidden and you feel as if you're at a friend's house, assisted behind the stove. The chef's fresh ideas are proof of his real technique, capable of making the very good out of the very simple (in appearance), like the crispy lamb and spicy mayonnaise, well-balanced and gourmet, the chicken with walnuts and broccoli, perfectly cooked, and the chocolate cream and coffee dessert, like a return to childhood. Good service and a small, well-stocked cellar.
