Here's a united couple pushing the boat forward together, namely a lovely modern-day restaurant at the end of the long Rue de Bourgogne, in a warm, welcoming, modern space that's very much like them. Marine and Gauthier didn't just mix their first names for the sign, they share the cooking and serving of a menu that's spontaneous yet carefully crafted, featuring local and ocean produce, sustainable fishing and sustainable agriculture. To preserve their family life, they open for lunch on weekdays, and their €40 menu is always attractive: mascarpone cream with caraway and crunchy vegetables, braised ham and endives, tonka blanc en neige with cocoa sauce... A natural trend, and great discoveries of the region in the cellar (Bobinet, Reynouard...)
