Gourmet Restaurant Patrice Le Doré continues his commitment to traditional, well-turned-out cuisine in this well-placed space in an old house in the center of town. Beautiful products for a festive meal: foie gras and seasonal fruit chutney, snacked scallops with white wine emulsion, beef fillet and roasted potato pucks, but also a well-balanced €38 menu worth its toque, creamy butternut with curry and perfect egg, caramelized pork chop with stuffed green cabbage, creamy lime and pineapple.
