Gourmet Restaurant Fabien Vuillon, David Toutain's excellent head sommelier, came to Annecy with his partner Camille to open this interesting place called Pré Carré, named after the famous "parcels" that produce some great wines, particularly in the nearby Rhône Valley. Success is already here. Of course, to go beyond the simple wine bar, we'll need a cook, or even a chef, but for the moment, the room is filling up, and that's the main thing. For the moment, the menu smells of a dinner party that simply awakens the senses to better appreciate the contents of the glasses: Maxence Baud's cured meats, a very fine braided burrata, or a well-crafted hummus make a very tasty start that will, we have no doubt, prepare simple, pleasurable dishes.
