In a vein where naturalness and simplicity are promoted, on a perfect egg, a gravlax of trout, a supreme of guinea fowl, always well prepared and accompanied by formulas at tight prices. The welcome is warm and friendly, the wine chosen from a mid-range selection, all served by the glass, some well known, others yet to be discovered.
