Gault&Millau's review 2026

Close to the banks of the Thiou, a committed restaurant that has made its mark, in a good-quality bistro format, where prices are kept low without compromising on quality. The €39 menu leaves plenty of choice, and nothing is banal or neglected, with the perfect egg tagliatelle with celery cacio e pepe, the fillet of trout ravioli and kale shrimp jus, and the fresh kiwi coconut lime dessert. Targeted bin wines in bottles, jars and glasses from €5 to €8 (pic saint-loup des Augustins, corse domaine Vico, chignin domaine H...)
