Gault&Millau's review 2026

This new address in the Ladeyn universe has found its audience in a district of Lille undergoing constant renewal. The gray and red façade sets the tone for the stainless steel and wood ambiance. A barbeque on the bar where chef Laure de Kervenoael pampers her fish and grills her vegetables in a long room with high tables that mix with the customers and echo with the laughter of groups of friends who have come to taste seafood and products from a sustainable fishery. The decor is as cold as a fridge, but warms up with mackerel delicately cooked on the grill before being placed on a potato mousseline and lemongrass fumet. Pointed cabbage is also barbecued before mingling with cockles and labneh, perfectly seasoned. Leeks with seaweed vinaigrette, trout with lobster sauce, skate or sardines and octopus, depending on availability, complete the chef's iodized offerings. Two desserts of your choice round off the short menu, such as pavlova with Mont des Cats kiwis or cabbage with buckwheat cream. House cocktails to discover
