Gault&Millau's review 2026

Florent Ladeyn's latest creation is yet another success story. Like Bertrand Grébaut's Clamato in Paris, the chef is committed to sustainable fishing and simple, fresh seafood in recipes that are customary, regional, innovative or traditional, featuring sardines or octopus, scallops and skate depending on the season. The best part, of course, is the warm, friendly atmosphere, with its dapper decor.
