Gourmet Restaurant Since opening its doors in 2022, this young restaurant has made great strides and is now a fixture on the scene. With a lunch menu that runs well at €35 (recently, smoked halibut daikon and cucumber, beef mi-cuit jus corsé pomme de terre iodé, avocat lavande crème brûlée) and hidden menus for the evening in five or seven courses (€57 and €74). Lucas Tricot confirms each season that the house is doing well, and the cellar, while not huge, offers well-known and approved references (Berlioz in Savoie, Pataille in Burgundy...).
