As the name suggests, the captain of the ship is the octopus, and it is available as a main course or starter in a variety of forms. With their creative cuisine, Nicolas and Stéphanie Choquet bring originality and flexibility to the menu, with menus at €27 or €38. There are few surprises when it comes to the taste of this main ingredient, but the discoveries come in the form of seasonings and original combinations. Trendy vegetables such as parsnips and Jerusalem artichokes are part of the mix, while the octopus and tender pork mix also comes as a surprise in the liner's flagship dish. From the citrus sorbet that accompanies marinated beef for starters, to the beet alongside chocolate for dessert, each dish is designed to surprise and delight.
