Chef's Restaurant This unassuming eatery alongside the church of Notre Dame de Lorette hides a promising chef, Sylvain Parisot, who offers bistronomic cuisine at reasonable prices. Particularly for lunch, with a €42 menu that changes every 15 days: confit leeks, bouchot mussels, chorizo sauce vierge and croutons, braised poultry, roasted Jerusalem artichokes, mangalica bacon, parmesan hollandaise and meat jus, brioche perdue, orange curd, roasted walnuts, salted butter caramel (too bad the desserts are a little below the other dishes). Dinner features a more gourmet 5-course menu at €89. A cellar full of freshness and gourmet delights, with friendly, attentive service. It's best to reserve a table in the back room, which is a little quieter, overlooking the open kitchen, under the skylight and with a view of the small inner courtyard.
