Renowned for their art of mixology and their historic speakeasy in Montorgueil, the members of the Experimental group trio (Romée de Goriainoff, Olivier Bon and Pierre-Charles Cros) decided, in 2015, to enrich their sense of hospitality by inaugurating this address in the heart of Pigalle. This chic, contemporary boutique-hotel, designed by decorator Dorothée Meilichzon, celebrates the spirit of the area, blending elegance and casualness. On the first floor, a wine bar and the Frenchie Pigalle restaurant led by Grégory Marchand welcome travelers and locals alike, in a vintage decor of mahogany furniture and brass lamps.
