A prime example of the revival of the Parisian hotel industry, this hotel in the 9th arrondissement—between Opéra and Grands Boulevards—delights in bringing together locals and travelers visiting the capital. A prime example is the fitness center, which welcomes neighborhood residents throughout the day—whether for a steam bath, a spa treatment (excellent massages), or laps in the 20-meter swimming lane—as well as yoga, Pilates, and cardio boxing classes. Perfect after a workout, the delicious breakfasts feature dairy products from Ferme des Peupliers, bread and pastries from the Emmanuel Martin bakery, and coffee from the roaster Dose, freshly ground to order. At lunchtime, the bar-restaurant Les Passerelles serves market-inspired seasonal cuisine; in the evening, it’s time for cocktails and finger food, either indoors or on the terrace that opens onto a flower-filled patio. Of course, there are also the 45 guest rooms and suites, which reflect the hotel’s aesthetic with beautiful combinations of materials—walnut furniture, brass sconces, and coffee tables with marble bases—all designed by interior designer Aldric Beckmann.
