Gault&Millau's review 2025

An exemplary venue for the revival of the Parisian hotel industry, which enjoys mixing locals and travelers passing through the capital. Proof of this can be found in the fitness area, which welcomes locals throughout the day for a hammam, a spa treatment (excellent massages) or laps in the 20 m swimming corridor, as well as yoga, Pilates or cardio boxing classes. Ideal after exercise, the tasty breakfasts offer dairy products from Ferme des Peupliers, bread and pastries from Emmanuel Martin and coffee from the Dose roaster, ground just in time. And in the evening, head to the Les Passerelles bar-restaurant for a cocktail on the terrace, which opens onto a flower-filled patio. Of course, there are also the 45 rooms and suites, all of which reflect the hotel's aesthetic codes, with beautiful mixes of materials - walnut furniture, brass sconces, coffee tables and marble bases, all designed by the very talented Aldric Beckmann.
