A stone's throw from the Grands Boulevards, Adrien Gloaguen designed this address in 2016 (following on from the Bienvenue and Paradis hotels), always with the same goal in mind: to create chic, intimate yet affordable spaces. The program includes 40 rooms and suites spread over 7 floors, revisited by the decorator of the moment, Dorothée Meilichzon, who drew inspiration from the Flatiron Building in New York to exploit this late 19th-century corner building. Cane headboards, luminous globes as sconces and geometric motifs in the bedrooms distill a skilfully revisited Art Nouveau style. At the Berry & Panache café, young chef Shirley Lamy offers a cosmopolitan, witty cuisine, with an emphasis on artisanal products (Maison Montalet for charcuterie, Plaq chocolaterie).
