Gourmet Restaurant A legitimate reputation for this bistro, which gathers at the corner of the street, praising well-chosen produce from passionate producers, wild fish and fine meats from Polmard. This undoubtedly justifies the rather high prices, with regular connoisseurs ensuring a lively, enthusiastic atmosphere for a slate of traditional dishes: poultry pâté en croûte with asparagus and morel mushrooms, veal tongue in vegetable broth, turbot de ligne with artichokes and peppers, farmhouse guinea fowl with roasted carrots and mushroom juice. Cellar of big and small names, good choice by the glass from €8 to €15.
