Gourmet Restaurant In keeping with the trend, right down to the name itself, which uses a single word (we've already had "encore", but "tout", "presque" or "avec" are still available), Mieux guarantees "sensitive cuisine" and "peaceful atmosphere". In this very bistro-style setting of authentic brick and wood, the cuisine doesn't cheat or ruin: pressed duck with marinated vegetables and ravigote sauce, grilled mackerel with hummus, chickpeas, fennel and saffron pil pil sauce, poached rhubarb with koji whipped cream and hibiscus meringue for a very reasonable price under €40.
