Gourmet Restaurant A visit to Stéphane Pitré's Cellier will fill you up with good humor: for the superb starters (although technically not particularly complex), the constant common sense in the composition of the plates, a kind of joie de vivre communicated by an alert and friendly service. With the large razor clams fresh from the beach, the thick slice of pâté croûte, the BBQ-style beef ribs a little too high in sugar with the onion and sweet potato, the andouille de Guémené roasted in a casserole and a sauce that's also a little sweet. The wine list is a little messy, but pleasant, with most of it also available by the glass.
