One of the most sought-after Parisian HQs, imagined in the 2000s by graffiti artist André and Thierry Costes, one of the heirs to the family that reigns supreme over the capital's cafés and restaurants. The duo spotted a derelict hotel near rue des Martyrs and decided to renovate it, with the aim of turning it into a unique venue. Their gamble paid off with this cheerful, creative hotel, which boasts 29 rooms decorated by the crème de la crème of design (Pierre Le-Tan, in particular) and a restaurant that never lets up, from breakfast until (very) late at night. An ultra-chic place, with its furniture and objects mottled over the years, where you can enjoy brasserie-style cuisine against the backdrop of the garden's tall trees, which extend out onto a delightful patio.
