Sponsored "I have fun confusing my customers," confides Chef Ludovic Hernandez. In his bistro, where red and black contribute to the cosy atmosphere, you sit down to Italian food. But if the menu is reminiscent of familiar dishes, once the plate is on the table, it's a different matter: the senses are in turmoil! Sight as well as taste! It has to be said that the black parpadelle with squid ink and stuffed with spinach salmon are a bit of a surprise at first. The same goes for rigatonis with beef effiloché à la bolognaise or carbonara with pancetta and guanciale! "I always go for tastes that customers are familiar with, but worked or presented differently. I also go back to my mother's or grandmother's Italian recipes. And I make all my pasta myself". The chocolate mousse leaves aficionados speechless, while the affogato alla straciatella now has its fans. Also on the menu at this Italian bistro: succulent pizzas, to eat in or take away. Don't forget the excellent Italian vintages, and the trip is complete!
